We’re half way into the first month of 2016. Have you made any changes in your life? Any New Years resolutions that you’re working on this year? Any 30-day challenges in your life right now?

I didn’t have time to think much about the new year because of family matters. However, I’m slowly getting the hang of 2016, and starting to explore life again.

30-day minimalism challenge

I think I posted this picture sometime last year, but one of the things on my 2016 list is a more minimalist living. Truth is, I would benefit from doing all 30 days, and I plan to try it out soon.

Number 3 – Declutter your digital life – “Take care of your digital clutter today: Spring-clean your desktop, delete any files you don’t need anymore and set up a simple, no-fuss folder structure.” It would be the perfect way to kick off 2016.

Or how about number 5 – Identify your 3-6 main priorities – “Above all, minimalism is about figuring out what matters most to you in life and how to add more of that to your day-to-day routine. Today: Dig deep and make a list of your 3-6 top priorities in life.” More of that, please.

Feel like joining, then print out your own 30-day minimalist challenge sheet and read more here.

Another thing I want to try this year is a 3-day-juice-detox. Actually, todays is my very frist day – so wish me luck. Hopefully, I’ll make it till Monday morning without too much headache and cravings. I bought the whole package from a local firm called Juicery.

I’m off to drink my organic juice and to clean out my grandfather’s room along with the rest of my family.

Have a lovely Friday and don’t forget to hug and kiss the ones you love (a lot) before it’s too late <3
