This year I’ve only got one craving for Easter. I would love one Black Birdhouse from Johan Bülow, please. I simply love love love the Dulce de Leche Choc Coated Liquorice bites. And if not for me, then I’m pretty sure my daughter will ask me numerous time, if she can have a Birdhouse for Easter. Needless to say, we’re a liquorice loving family – but we’re also very picky about which kind we enjoy. So dear Easter Bunny, I hope you’re reading this…

This year my husband and I have invited my whole family for Easter lunch.
Since my grandfather passed away last Christmas, I wanted the whole family to get together even more. We’re the only ones left, and I want us to stay close and be in each others lives. Not a day goes by where I don’t think about my grandfather – I miss him so much – but this way I know he and my grandmother would be proud.
I’m trying to plan which dishes to make, but I’ve still got a long way to go. Instead I started looking at DIY projects for Easter. I know the kids will love making hama bunny’s and decorate Easter eggs.
I’ve collected some of my favourite Easter DIY projects. I hope you and your family will have a fun time while making decorations for the Easter table.
For more Easter inspiration you can always visit my Easter board on Pinterest. I’ll collect many more ideas there in the coming days. So stay tuned for even more Easter fun.

I’m a fall/winter kind of girl – no doubt about it. I feel comfortable in knee-long dresses and a cozy cardigan. I almost never wear high heels, and I would pick a pair of sneakers or other similar comfortable shoes any day.
I’ve got my fall/winter wardrobe pretty much sorted out, however when it comes to spring/summer, well I really need to step it up a bit. If not now, then at least I need something to wear on our trip to Mallorca later this year.
I’ve put together a few things, which you’ll find on my current wishlist/spring shopping list.
Carla Lines Black dress from Stine Goya
Black jumpsuit from Pieces
Black Objelsa tunic from Object
Robin plain ear stud & Robin ear chain from lulu badulla
Adidan sneakers from Zalando
Surviving Motherhood tee from Quinn and Fox
Black Knot tee from Pieces
Black Venus dress from Envii

Can you believe it – where did this month go? I’ve been participating in a lot of interesting things this past month, met a lot of inspiring people, and I’m one step closer to finding the right path.
Last month I started this Want Wear Need Read series on the blog (to check out my list from January click here), and I’ve been looking forward to sharing this month’s edition with you here on Espresso Moments.
Want – This month I really want these beautiful pink tablewear from the Mezzo collection by Casalinga. I would love to eat my breakfast from one of the items, and from a styling point of view, it would make taking pictures so much more fun.
Wear – I would love to wear this black Mila bag from Coccinelle on my arm. I was looking for a smaller bag, but I fell in love with this one. If only my husband had bought this one for me on our wedding anniversary earlier this month, then I would have kept it.
Need – I really need a suitcase for our trip to Mallorca later this year. It’s a very practical thing, and I always travel with my leather bag. But somehow, I don’t think I can fit all of my things into that bag this time. I’ve got my heart set on a Samsonite Lite-Shock spinner 75 cm in black. It’s kind of expensive, but I just know I’ll have a suitcase for life. And I found it on sale, so right now I’m thinking: What am I waiting for?
Read – Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. I mentioned earlier this week that I’ve been reading this fantastic book this month. I haven’t finished it yet, but I take it with me where ever I go (yup, I’ve got a printed edition – I’m old fashioned that way)

I’ve got a few days of vacation time coming up this week. I’ve got a few projects planned for the week, but more importantly, the whole family is going to enjoy a few days off. Just relax and enjoy some time together.
It’s time for sleeping in, playing games, reading books, eating out and watching The Brothers Lionheart by Astrid Lindgren with my daughter. We finished the book last week, and now we just need to find the movie somewhere.
Hopefully, my daughter will join me in some DIY projects. We’re planning a make over of her room, and it would be cool for her to create a few things for the room herself. I kind of like these paper fruit prints made out of colored tissue paper. Find out how to make them on The lovely drawer.
Last weekend we moved a few things in her room, and I’ve been cleaning out some of her stuff yesterday. It’s time to add some new and fresh items and welcome spring. The sun has been shining all day yesterday, and I’ve even cleaned her room with one window open, while singing along to some music. What a fantastic time of the year we’re approaching.
I’m collecting cool prints to make a picture wall in her room. This one is already in my boy’s room, but I think I’m going to add it in her room as well.

On this wonderful Sunday, I’ve picked out a few cool finds, which I’ve found in different Etsy shops. This time I’ve selected things I would love to add to our own home. You can never get too many mugs, and the But first coffee mug, would be a cool mug for an office. I’m still adding plants to our home, and I loved the set of hex spora at first sight. Also, I’m never able to find doormats that I like, but the sparkle one is actually quite perfect.
I’ve been thinking about knitting a large blanket like the grey one. But I’m more tempted to buy it this time, and start knitting something else instead. The pillow case and the picture would look good in my cozy corner.
