I was hoping for a quiet Sunday at home with both kids, my husband, Christmas music, Advent presents, glögg, gift wrapping, reading and maybe watch a Christmas movie. Hopefully, it turned out almost like that. We added a bit of redecorating and a brunch at a local cafe.
Last night I had planned to watch one of my favourite girlie Christmas movies – The Holiday (I had a bit of a crush on Jude Law back then) – with my daughter for the first time. She can read the subtitles now, and I promised her last year that she could watch it this year. But we got home a bit too late for her to stay awake during the whole movie. We decided to wait until next weekend.
So we’ll wait a bit longer before we kick off the holiday movie season. I’ve got a few more that I want to watch before Christmas. Which Christmas movies do you watch in December?
