These days I can’t stop thinking about buying a light box. It’s super cute, and I’m thinking about getting one for my boy. We’ve been doing a bit of re-decorating in his sister’s room lately, and he has been asking if we could make a few changes in his room as well. We’re planning a few major changes in there, but we’re not planning on doing them right now, so a few new (and smaller) things might do the trick for now.

I’ve been browsing Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration, and the more I see the more I want to buy one. If you are interested check out this #lightbox or Pinterest.
I think the whole family will enjoy writing small sayings and greetings, and the light box can be used all around our home. You know me, I love buying things, which I can use all around our home, when I get tired of it in one room.
I’ve found a light box from A Little Lovely Company. Looking through all the pictures, I came to the conclusion that I need more letters. I’ve found some really cute ones, and with different sets of letters the light box can be used around the house even more. I think I’ll go with the basic set, the set with numbers and symbols and the celebrations symbols.

It seems like the never ending story around here. When you think you’re done with the kids’ rooms, then it’s almost time to start re-decorating again.
Okay, I’m partly to blame, I know. I tend to find cool new solutions, and then I want to implement some of them in their rooms.
But apart from my ideas, we haven’t found the right storage solution either. We keep trying new things, but after a while, we get tired of it. It’s either too big, too small, too (insert word), I’m sure we’ve tried it all.
The beds are another problem. It would be so practical if our daughter had a bigger bed, with storage underneath. A cool solution for our son’s room would be a bed like the one in this apartment. It would create the space he needs on the floor, and he would have a nook underneath, where he could have a TV or something similar.

My little one is crazy about all stuff with the moon on it. It all started when I bought this sweatshirt from molo. I’ve added a few more items to his wardrobe, and he gets excited every time. He’s also been looking at the stars through our astronomical telescope. I love this phase, where he gets caught up in one thing and just wants to know all about it.
I’ve been looking for a few things for his room as well. I’ve found this cool map of the moon poster via mr printables. And I’ve also found a fun activity for the upcoming fall break. How about a Doodle on the moon? This idea is pretty cool and I know my kids would love it. Or how about this moon poster from Fybur’s Etsy shop? Lastly, a small DIY project – the famous Mr. Moon Ikea hack lamp by mommo design. This lamp has been all over the internet, but I still think it’s super cute.
I’m almost there… tomorrow is exam day… and after that I’ll have time to blog again. Gosh, I really miss it. And because of the course, I’ll be a much wiser blogger from now on. Stay tuned for some improvements.
I just need a break away from all the course material and I wanted to share one of my favourite room makeovers. One room with so many lovely details. There is room for mom as well as her daughter and that’s not all. Check out these amazing solutions, and I bet you’ll be dreaming about a bed like this tonight. Check out BoligLiv for before pictures as well.
I’m back in Aarhus again and finishing up the last few weeks of the course.
I’ve been exploring the city after class ends every day, which isn’t half bad. Truth be told, I still miss the little ones and my man like crazy. I miss kissing them goodnight and picking them up from school. I miss the everyday life with them.
But in the meantime, I’ll enjoy fresh juice from Juice Stop. It has turned out to be quite addictive. I’m thinking about trying out their Juice cure as well. But enough about food.
The real reason why I stopped by was to show you an amazing apartment, which I’ve found on Fantastic Frank’s blog.

My little guy is a real superhero. Not a day goes by without him dredded up as Spiderman, wearing one of his many Batman t-shirts or running around the house playing with his superhero Lego. He can play for hours like this – and I love watching him use his imagination.
His birthday is not until the beginning of August, but I want to add a few superhero items to his room. Let’s face it – his room needs a bit of superhero magic. I’ve collected a few pictures for inspiration and some cool superhero items, which will add that bit of magic.
