After spending a wonderful long weekend in Hamburg last weekend, I’ve been really busy at work. Things are changing and my head has been elsewhere.
I want to give you a few tips about where to eat in Hamburg – but I’ll have to leave it for another post. I’m in love with the city, and my husband did some amazing research and found quite a few spots worth writing about.
It’s already the second Sunday in December, and I’m still trying to figure out what to buy for my family. Right now I should be shopping online for some of the presents, but I just don’t know what to buy for all of them.
We’ve been baking and making chocolate treats for Christmas today, and the rest of my family is relaxing right now. I think I’ll join the kids for a Christmas movie now, and do the shopping some other time. Have a lovely Sunday <3
I almost feel like it isn’t really summer if I haven’t been to Gothenburg in Sweden. Last week we decided on a day trip this year with both kids. Unfortunately, the ferry had a little accident on Sunday, and we had to change our plans. We were all pretty excited about the trip, but we decided to go during our fall break instead.
I wanted to return to my favourite coffee spot da Matteo with my husband and both kids.

But I also recently discovered another coffee spot, Kafé Magasinet, which I’ve been wanting to explore.

It’s vacation time, which means longer nights outside with friends, cold drinks, lots and lots of cold brewed coffee, strawberries with cream or in a salad, homemade lemonade and some family time.

Just to give you a quick update today, I wanted to share with you a little reading tip – that is, if you love everything about coffee and coffee making. May I introduce BRYGG – a Norwegian magazine for coffee lovers. I’m currently reading some of the interesting articles, which you can find right here. Read more about the magazine and who’s behind it here.
Enjoy your day <3
It’s Monday morning… and all you need is a good strong cup of coffee to get you started. Today, I want to share a tip with you. A week ago, Maria Harmuth shared a beautiful print on her blog. I really love this print, and might even add it in my kitchen as well. I’ve got one a lot like it, but this one is so nice and simple, and I love the white background. Check out Maria’s blog, where you can download the print and other amazing ones as well.
Have a fantastic Monday out there <3
I’ve been home sick for the last couple of days – including most of the weekend. I haven’t been able to do much besides lying down on the sofa or bed. But today, I’m off to work again – at least I’ll try it out and see how it goes. My head is still not all the great.
One thing I did notice while in bed was the new coffee maker Push from Muuto. It’s already on my must see in real life list. I need to feel and explore this beauty.
I’m off to work, so have a wonderful Monday out there.
