This year I’ve only got one craving for Easter. I would love one Black Birdhouse from Johan Bülow, please. I simply love love love the Dulce de Leche Choc Coated Liquorice bites. And if not for me, then I’m pretty sure my daughter will ask me numerous time, if she can have a Birdhouse for Easter. Needless to say, we’re a liquorice loving family – but we’re also very picky about which kind we enjoy. So dear Easter Bunny, I hope you’re reading this…

This year my husband and I have invited my whole family for Easter lunch.
Since my grandfather passed away last Christmas, I wanted the whole family to get together even more. We’re the only ones left, and I want us to stay close and be in each others lives. Not a day goes by where I don’t think about my grandfather – I miss him so much – but this way I know he and my grandmother would be proud.
I’m trying to plan which dishes to make, but I’ve still got a long way to go. Instead I started looking at DIY projects for Easter. I know the kids will love making hama bunny’s and decorate Easter eggs.
I’ve collected some of my favourite Easter DIY projects. I hope you and your family will have a fun time while making decorations for the Easter table.
For more Easter inspiration you can always visit my Easter board on Pinterest. I’ll collect many more ideas there in the coming days. So stay tuned for even more Easter fun.

Normally I don’t do Easter. Or to be more specific, I don’t decorate my home with Easter bunnies, eggs or other Easter related stuff.
But last weekend, when we were emptying my grandparents house, my daughter got a bag full of Easter decorations. And the year before, she got another bag, almost the same size full of chickens, Easter eggs and what have you. So I think I might actually try something very different this year. I know she’ll love it, and we’ll be having my family over for Easter brunch/lunch too. So why not?
But just to please my own eyes, I might add a few things from Spagat’s Easter collection. I bought flowers years ago, and I still smile when I look at them. So of course, Spagat was the first place I looked, when I decided to look for pretty Easter things.
