It’s time for some real home inspiration again. I’ve been focusing a bit too much on the lifestyle part of this blog lately, and I haven’t shared some inspiring photos of lovely homes in a while.
But today is the day. I’ve collected a few favourites for you, and hope you’ll start your weekend full of inspiration. As you can see, I’m not quite finished with the grey scale interior, if I ever will be. I love stylings like these, and would love for my own home to look just a fraction like these. I’ll keep dreaming and collecting images for inspiration. Have a wonderful weekend <3

The other day, I was reading through some of my favourite blogs – and I came across this beautiful rustic home. I could start writing about all the things I love about this place (eg. the cool chair/sofa with the cute dog in it) or I could simply just end it here, and let you enjoy this home for yourself.
Have a fantastic day <3

I’ll make a quick stop here today to show you some beautiful black and white stylings from an amazing Swedish home. I hope you like them. I’m crazy in love with the kitchen, and would love to do a concrete kitchen countertop myself. We’re planning to paint our old kitchen, so who knows, maybe we’ll end up with a countertop like this one.

It has been one of those lazy Sundays here with a late breakfast with a lovely cup of coffee. After that it was time for a long planned movie date for the whole family. There is nothing like a pyjama day once in a while. We watched Big Hero 6 under warm blankets and drank more coffee.
After that the kids have been playing and making movies. I had a few practical things to take care of, and now I think it’s time for a walk outside, and enjoy a sunny day in October.
A cool Swedish home
But before I leave you, I want to share a beautiful Swedish home with you. The home is a former cinema, which in itself makes it pretty cool. I’m in love with the color scheme and the interior. The home has been styled by the talented stylist Josefin Hååg and the amazing photos are by photographer Kristofer Johnsson for the magazine Residence.

This is my second week in Aarhus. I’m attending a course in Online Marketing, which is really interesting. I’m really excited about this course, but it also means that I’ll be busy studying again, because there is an exam at the end of September.
Therefore, I might not be quite as active here on Espresso Moments during the next couple of weeks, but I hope to stop buy a few times a week, to inspire you.
While I’m here in Aarhus, away from my family, I dream about a family vacation. I wouldn’t mind a day or two in Göthenburg in Sweden. Looking at these pictures of a typical swedish home makes me want to go even more.
I’ve been reading Laurana’s beautiful blog Life Thru a Lens lately. And I really wanted to share some of her ideas with you guys. Luckily enough, she let me use her pictures here on Espresso Moments. I did a post about her daughter’s room on the Danish blog Boligcious Kids if you’re interested. Otherwise, stay tuned for some serious decorating tips.
