It has been way too long since my last Insta Love post. I’ve found a few new profiles, which I really like. Some of them are my go-to-source for inspiration these days.
Last week I came across an interesting profile, which I had to share with you here.
She’s Danish, her name is Ditte, and she’s behind the lovely profile @en_som_mig.
Her home is fantastic! She has got a great eye for decorating. I’ve already added a few things, which I found in her home, to my wishlist. I’ll be keeping an eye out for this one, that’s for sure.
Be sure to check out Ditte’s Instagram feed right here.
Today, I’ve got some Christmas inspiration for you. I’m getting my dose of Christmas right now, but more about that in a later post – if you’re curious, check out Instagram. Today, I’m just going to leave you with some wonderful Christmas ideas. As you can see, I’m very much a black/white, minimalistic Christmas freak. I love a simple Christmas decor, containing snow and black, grey, glitter and a bit of green.

We’re redecorating the dining room (again). It seems like we’ll never finish decorating this home. However, this change is for the better, I can feel it already. Prior to the change, we didn’t use the room much. We ate dinner and used the dining room table for creative projects. That was pretty much it. We only had one comfy chair in the room, so whoever got there first would be the lucky one. So we decided to make some changes. Right now we’re waiting for a new sofa to arrive, and we’ve moved the dining room table to another spot in the room.
While we get some minor things sorted out – like changing the light cords and getting rid of some books – I’ve started to collect pictures of beautiful interior details, which I’ll use for inspiration, when putting the final touch to the new room. Hopefully, we”ll be ready for Christmas Eve.

I’m really fascinated by this Swedish home, which I found on Stadshem. Just take a look at the bedroom. What an amazing room!
I love the black ‘wall’ separating the two beds from each other. It’s the perfect way to create two rooms in one. I’ll be looking into a similar solution for our home that’s for sure. And what a perfect workspace as well. I would love to work from home and looking out on the trees.
The bunk bed is wonderful. I’ll show it to my daughter when she gets home, because on top of her wishlist is a bunk bed. This one is perfect for inspiration. The rest of the home is also quite breathtaking. I hope you’ll enjoy the tour and hopefully get inspired just like I did.
Have a wonderful day <3
Today, I want to share some pictures of a beautiful townhouse in Copenhagen. The home belongs to the Danish blogger Cathrine aka rockpaperdresses and her boyfriend. I’ve been reading her blog for ages, and I love her feminine and quirky universe. For those of you who don’t know her and who speaks/reads Danish, well all I can say is check our her blog.

Cathrine’s beautiful home was recently featured in BoligMagasinet. I loved, and still do, all the cool details in her home. I fell madly in love with the idea to add green plants on the wall above the stairs. She’s got a pretty neat kitchen as well. I hope you like her home as much as I do. Check out BoligMagasinet or her blog here for more pictures of her home.
Have a wonderful day <3
It’s getting darker outside every day right now. And most of the bright hours during the day are spent behind a desk working, right? At least that’s the case with my time right now.
But I wanted to add a few fun projects, projects that won’t take up too much time (and thereby never get finished – like the ones I told you abou here). I’ve collected a few cool DIY projects that I want to do during these dark hours.
I’ve selected three different projects. First up is the terracotta pot series Ingefära from Ikea. Truth be told, I will never be a fan of the terracotta color and that is why I love this little DIY project by Frida from Trendenser. Frida is also the woman behind the second DIY project, where she has painted three Ikea stools in different colors. They would be cool as bed side tables or simply a stool.
Lastly, I want to make a cool Ikea trash can with leather handles, like the one Valentina shoved on her new blog House of Valentina. Check out how to make this leather trash can right here.
