7 interior items that made it to my autumn wishlist

I’m always reading blogs, looking at Instagram and Pinterest, reading magazines and looking into people’s houses – yup I do that, when I’m walking outside and it’s dark. It’s a great way to find inspiration. Therefore, my wishlist is an ongoing list, which I add stuff to weekly. I’ve got one on Pinterest (the visual version) and I’ve got one in a notebook.

This autumn I’ve added some really cool things to my wishlist – and most of them will probably make it to my Christmas wishlist as well. I love this season, and the excuse to add a few new things to your home. It really needs to be cozy, when you have to stay inside so much. What are the things you’re looking for that will add that cozy feeling to your home this season?

My Autumn Wishlist

Where to find it:
#1 I’ve found this pretty cool ceramic citrus press, which I would love to test.
#2 One of the absolute highlights I’ve found this week are the photographs taken by Maria Fynsk Norup. I absolutely adore this one called Morning Flight and I would love for it to hang in my living room.
#3 This little fella is a self watering device, and it’s small and simple, which I love.
#4 Ever since we bought a new sofa I’ve been looking for pillows or pillow cases. This green pillow would add that autumn feeling, which I’m looking for.
#5 If we add a bit of paint (I’ve got some leftovers from when we painted my boy’s room this summer), this Mercury wall lamp  would be fantastic in out home.
#6 I’m still obsessed with everything pinkish – and this Afternoon Chair plus dusty rose is no exception. It would look great around our new dining room table (if we ever decide to act on the current choice that is)
#7 Last but not least, I’ve had my eye on this cool wire shelf. This is such a Charlotte -item, because in my head, I can see it in every room in our home. When that happens, I keep thinking about the item, and that when I know I’ll be happy every time I look at it.

Ikea hack – love at first sight

On Monday, I fell in love big time. I was scrolling along Facebook, when a beautiful bookcase from Stylizimoblog appeared on my phone. I had to know more about this Ikea hack. I found more pictures of this grey bookcase, and my crush became even bigger.

The bookcase is made out of two of the biggest VALJE shelf units. Add to that a beautiful grey color. I’m crazy about this light grey color. No wonder Nina was inspired, when she saw a similar bookcase on Anna Kubel’s blog. I think I might have to convince my husband that this is the best idea I’ve had in a while. I showed him the bookcase on Monday (I couldn’t help myself), and his first reaction was… do you need yet another bookcase. Yup, and I’ll find a way 😉

On my radar right now

On my radar week 43

This On my radar post will focus on a few things that I would love to buy this week, actually I’ve been drooling over these things all week. I bought the shoes Quilt Boot by Sofie Schnoor – and they are in the mail. I cannot wait to try them on.

About a year ago, my husband and I bought two posters – now hanging on the wall in our bedroom – from Monoqi. Ever since, I’ve been keeping an eye on all of the cool items in the shop. I’ve fallen in love with two new things. The cool white 5 Judd U Shelves, which would be perfect for all our books. The second thing is the lamp Table Light Silver, which unfortunately is sold out, but it is still very cool.

Last but not least, I’ve been thinking about the Crosby Quilt Wingman Wallet by Marc By Marc Jacobs. I guess I have a thing for quilt this season. But that said, I really need a small bag for my phone and credit card. This one would be a perfect match.

Tubola – a pretty mess

I like clean and tidy spaces, that’s no secret. But I do find these Round wall-mounted shelves from AK47 quite amazing. AK47 is an Italian company, and the Tubola is part of their new home collection for 2012.

There are plenty of other cool designs, and their solution for magazine storage is really cool. So hop on over to their website for more inspiration.
