I really miss my Yoga moments. I haven’t really been practicing yoga for over 6 months. The reason is that I’ve got some problems with my foot. However, last weekend I spoke to a friend of mine, who practices yoga quite a lot, and she encouraged me to get back on the mat – even though my foot is still hurting. There’s always a pose for me to do, without hurting my foot.
So, I’ve been looking at different yoga gear – not that I need all that much, but it’s just nice to add a new piece or maybe even a book for inspiration.
