This upcoming weekend is a Minecraft weekend in our home. We’ve invited the boys from my son’s class home. His birthday was in August – but since August came and went, we decided to throw him a Minecraft party in September instead. The weather is horrible here anyway, so there was slim chance that they could have stayed outside anyway. A few years back, my daughter had a Minecraft party as well, so I’ve got lots and lots of stuff from her party – ready to create that Minecraft feeling.
It was so much fun the last time – and we went all in. I’ve collected lots of free stuff to print and my daughter and her friends also loved making Hama Minecraft characters. This time around, I think we’ll just go with colouring pages of different characters, Lego Minecraft (and lots of it) and a Minecraft quizz. We’ve also printed bookmarks for them to take home.
